Prior to founding Reliatus, Steve was the former co-founder and CEO of CareNational Healthcare Services, a specialized medical management recruiting firm launched in 2009. What started with just a phone and computer in a spare bedroom grew under his vision into a recognized national brand with coast-to-coast operations and hundreds of successful clinical and leadership placements.</p><p>Celebrating 35 years in talent acquisition as of June 2026, Steve’s work is deeply shaped by his personal experience as a family member to individuals with complex mental health and neurodivergent diagnoses.
